NASDAQ too Hits the target of around 17,000 today !

NASDAQ (Currently 17,350) tested 17,033 today. In our post dt. July 18, we had mentioned this level of around 17,000 as the month's expected low when NASDAQ (then at 17,819) was rapidly heading soutwards.
